Drinking water is an important thing to do to keep us alive. All living things need to drink water. But I know that sometimes I struggle with drinking enough water. So here I have listed all the life hacks that I use when I need to drink more water.
- Drink detox water. Detox water is water with various fruits in it. Not only will your water taste better but it will also be healthier for you. So get some water and cut up strawberries, oranges, lemons, cucumbers, or other fruits and put it in your water. There are so many combinations of fruits that you can put in your water for different health benefits. Like raspberry, peaches, and kiwi in your water can help your skin get glowing, and it’s tasty.
- Use a timed water bottle. So if you struggle with drinking water using a timed water bottle can help you. You need a clear water bottle and a sharpie. Take your sharpie and make little marks at certain spots of the water bottle and put a time next to it. This will make it so you have to drink a certain amount of water by a certain time. If you drink more water then you need at that time than that’s good.
- Another thing that you can do is make a water journal or use an app for water logging. This tip is all about just tracking your water and making a goal for the day. Visually seeing the water that you need to drink makes it easier to reach your water drinking goal because you see it instead of trying to remember how much water you have left to drink.
